I want you to be happy with your Wandering Soul Pottery purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Because many of my products are made in small batches or made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or items ordered by mistake.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at wanderingsoulpottery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, if applicable. Depending on the situation, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact me before returning any item. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
