This Ghost Forest texture roller is an original Wandering Soul Pottery design, created by me specifically for use with clay. The whimsical woodland scene is filled with spooky little details to discover — ghosts peeking from behind the trees, an owl tucked into a tree hollow, a black cat perched on a stump, mushrooms scattered along the forest floor, a glowing moon, stars, and a tiny jack-o'-lantern nestled among the roots.

The design was created especially with mugs and smaller pottery pieces in mind. At 5 inches tall, the pattern gives you an entire illustrated scene while still leaving plenty of possibilities for how you position it on your clay.

Roll it into a slab and let the texture do the decorating, then bring out as much or as little detail as you like with underglaze, glaze, oxides, or your favorite finishing technique.
